Low foot recovery is a result of doing something correct. Just because you intentionally drag your foot through low enough to scrap the ground does not mean you will sprint faster.

I was wondering how long it would be before foot dragging would be taught.

Ankling drill, tip of the week for 10/19/08

To get the most out of ankling you must dorsi flex the toe while plantar flexing the foot.

You can try ankling while jumping rope, walking or hoping or bouncing from one foot to the other foot.

Work on the timing aspect of when to plantar flex the foot.
